Safety, quality and delivery

Work at height, remote sites and heavy structural components call for planning, competent people and clear records.

Delivery framework

How safe, documented work is planned

We are committed to quality, health, safety and the environment on every site.

  1. Risk assessment

Site-specific risk assessments and method statements before work starts.

  2. Equipped teams

Qualified technicians with climbing gear and rescue kits for work at height.

  3. Site readiness

We will not start on a site that is unsafe or not ready.

  4. Inspection records

Verticality, bolt torque, galvanising and earthing checked and recorded.

  5. Clean handover

Waste removed, access restored and a snag list agreed with the client.

Quality checks

What we check before handover

  • Foundations cast to the approved design and cured before loading
  • Mast erected in the manufacturer's assembly sequence
  • Verticality and base level verified
  • All structural bolts torqued and marked
  • Galvanised finish inspected for damage
  • Earthing conductors and electrodes installed
  • Cabinet mounted level, secured and lockable
  • Keys and records handed to the client
  • Site cleared and construction waste removed
  • Client walkthrough and practical completion sign-off
  • Snag list recorded, even if nil

Environment

Leaving sites as we found them

Construction waste is removed from site and access is restored at completion. When equipment is swapped out or masts are decommissioned, old equipment is disposed of to approved specifications and environmental requirements, with disposal certificates.
