Landowners
Have land? Partner with us
If you own or manage land with wind or solar potential, we would like to hear from you.
Place a pin on your land on our map and tell us a little about it. We screen every submission against resource, grid, access and constraint data, and contact landowners whose land may suit further study. Submitting is free and does not commit you to anything.
Site selection
What makes a good greenfield site
- A good wind resource, or strong sunshine for solar
- Power lines or a substation within reach, with spare capacity
- Enough land, with room for turbines or panels and buffers
- Road access for heavy deliveries
- Few environmental, heritage or aviation constraints
- Zoning and neighbouring land uses that are compatible
Context
Measurement is where we start
Greenfield projects stand or fall on their resource data. Because we install and maintain met masts ourselves, measurement campaigns on our sites are planned with realistic access, foundations, power and maintenance from day one.
Tyltar's development work is at project stage. It is not a portfolio of operating assets, and no capacity, ownership, financing or licence information is published until each item is confirmed and cleared for release.
